| Job Description: |
- Oversee the overall organization’s budget preparation, management and monitoring processes.
- Establish accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues, manage regular reporting requirements
- Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities
- Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time
- Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
- Ensure financial data accuracy, correctness and completeness.
- Monitor and manage all expense within the allotted budget.
- Perform account reconciliation activities.
- Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.
- Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial
- operations efficiency. Ensure compliance of financial policies
- and regulations externally and internally
- Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
- Provide advanced tax planning and reviewing complex income tax return
- Make timely payments to vendors as per contract and maintain advance reserve amount on weekly basis
- Execute follow ups from debtors and ensure their timely receivables
- Timely payment of loan and advances to staff and maintain its record
- Draft & share daily cash flow status with Executive Director
- Supervise complete payroll administration activity in the company, ensure timely payment of salaries and maintain its record
