| Job Description: |
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Managing Recruitment, Client Coordination, HRMIS, Employee Relations
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Shortlisting the right candidates according to the need of the job.
- Calling candidates for an interview.
- Conduct the initial interview.
- Schedule interviews and panel meetings
- Prepare letters and documents(Termination/Warning/NOC/Experience/Joining/Account Opening Letters)
- Provide orientation to new employees.
- Maintaining record of Resumes for future needs
- Maintain relevant database
- Maintaining leave records of employees.
- Assist Health Insurance record of the employees and liaison with the Insurance Company
Education
- BBA/MBA with majors in HR with 1-2 years’ experience
- Graduation with 5+ years’ experience
Other Terms
- Position is Islamabad based.
- Age limit 25-35 years.
