Job Description:
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Managing Recruitment, Client Coordination, HRMIS, Employee Relations
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Shortlisting the right candidates according to the need of the job.
  • Calling candidates for an interview.
  • Conduct the initial interview.
  • Schedule interviews and panel meetings
  • Prepare letters and documents(Termination/Warning/NOC/Experience/Joining/Account Opening Letters)
  • Provide orientation to new employees.
  • Maintaining record of Resumes for future needs
  • Maintain relevant database
  • Maintaining leave records of employees.
  • Assist Health Insurance record of the employees and liaison with the Insurance Company 

Education

  • BBA/MBA with majors in HR with 1-2 years’ experience
  • Graduation with 5+ years’ experience

Other Terms

  • Position is Islamabad based.
  • Age limit 25-35 years.
