A reputable Software House / Digital Medial Agency  is looking for a Human Resource Manager to oversee HR processes and duties.

He/She will be the authority for all employee-centered matters. Manager duties will revolve around job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management& evaluations and training & development.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Establishing and maintaining management – employee relationships.
• Communication to the management and resolving grievances and concerns of the employees.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout the HR management.

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
