Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client messages and queries on Social Media Platforms.
- Keeping track of order delivery dates, and notify clients if there are any delays being faced.
- Communicate, engage, and facilitate the processing of an order from start to completion, team-wide.
- Helping other team members with various other tasks as needed.
- Help the team in posting, finding content, and social media pages management as per the principal’s instructions.
Skills:
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Team Player.
- Dedicated.
- Willingness and ability to improve and contribute towards processes, technology, and demands of the businesses.
Training will be provided to all the starters for them to familiarise with all processes, procedures, and business-wide communication. |
