• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them properly
• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Assist branch manager
• Attend the customer, answer his queries
• Maintain data and keep a record
• Receive mail/couriers
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying
• Any other tasks assigned by management
