We are hiring Outdoor Marketing Representatives for Online marketplace in Karachi.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should exactly know total retailers in his dedicated area.
• Spend day in the market and visit at least 20 outlets per day according to a journey plan.
• Ensure that territory achieves assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for all brands according to agreed quality benchmark. The role will lead a team of business partners (franchise and distributors) and their staff.
• Ensure proper Registration on portal and listing of products.
• Ensure implementation of sales planning for all SOUQ PK brands in the territory. This will focus on making distributors, One Stop Shops, Retail franchise and other franchisees more efficient through scientific performance management support
• Ensure ample stock of all brands with distributors and franchisees for standardized distribution in agreed channels.
• Ensure that all points of sale within area are well managed according to Trade Marketing strategy and ensuring agreed service level, productivity and out of stock.
• Ensure that all direct channels managers and their staff are well trained and monitored to deliver assigned jobs efficiently.
• Ensure direct delivery to channels with agreed service level, productivity and controlling out of stock to channel through distributors and franchisees.
• Ensure operational efficiency and ROI of all retail outlets, franchisees, and distributors.
• Ensure that business partners and their staff are well trained and monitored to deliver assigned jobs efficiently
• Having good work relationships and coordination with business operation teams.
• Ensure agreed score in regional and area score cards.
• Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
• Ensure continuous improvement

REQUIREMENT

• At least 1-2 years of Sales experience.
• Language: Must know English & Urdu
• Vehicle is must
• Good communication skills
• Minimum Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree
