| Job Description: |
- Directly responsible for technical development and enhancements of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with a focus on GL, AP, AR, FA, CE
- Support Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE) by solving break/fix issues, and providing design, development, and support knowledge of RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement and maintain Oracle EBS programs and customizations.
- Provide problem analysis, diagnosis, resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support for Oracle EBS.
- Studies the business strategy and defines the information technology systems architecture to support that strategy.
- Administers the creation and use of corporate data to ensure the stability
- Ensure IT standards, procedures and techniques, specifically with respect of software development, are maintained.
- Facilitate, manage and prioritize end-user requests for enhancements.
- Mentor, assist and leverage other team members, when appropriate, by actively sharing knowledge.
- Analyze business problems or improvement opportunities and help apply the appropriate people, processes or technology solutions.
- Evaluate current and new technologies to improve user productivity and operational performance.
- Troubleshoot problems and work with external support partners to resolve issues.
- Provide analytical support to key business project teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned
