Job Description: |
Applications are invited from experienced professionals for placements in branches across the country in Islamic Banking function of the Bank.
Job Description
- To spearhead branch and work towards business enhancement and increase in new to bank customer base.
- To ensure achievement of assigned targets as per the defined timelines;
- To initiate daily sessions on business momentum and target achievement with BDOs / Sales staff;
- Portfolio Analysis of the Branch, identifying the stagnant customer base and drive the deepening of multiple products selling;
- To Monitor the Branch upkeep to enhance customer experience;
- To ensure compliance of regulatory framework with special focus on KYC parameters;
- To market bank’s assets products and work towards enhancement of branch’s trade business in line with approved policies/procedures;
- To conduct periodic sessions with branch staff and Operations Support Team to review key operational risks and efficiency level as per KPIs and KRIs;
- Should have Leadership, motivational, team building, interpersonal, management and communication skills;
- Should have the ability to work under pressure, problem solving and decision making skills;
- Must have thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations and other banking policies, procedures;
- Strong understanding of Islamic Banking’s regulations & product offering.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- Preferably Masters or at least a bachelor’s degree in field of Commerce, Business Administration& related banking field, from a reputed university.
- Candidates having relevant Islamic banking certifications shall be preferred.
Age: Maximum 45 years as on November 30, 2020.
Experience: Minimum three (03) years of Islamic Banking experience.
