Job Description: |
We are looking to hire HR Coordinator who must be enthusiast to learn and work in Human resources field.
Job role will revolve around:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support other assigned functions.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous HR experience of 1 year (Fresh can also apply)
- High level of writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
