Job Description: |
- We are looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to be part of our team.
- An ideal candidate must have a presentable personality with good communication skills.
- You will be responsible for recruitment of multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborating with different department managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Responsible for carrying out end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing, Interviewing, Shortlisting, Selecting).
- Tracking and identifying prospective resources using various active and passive channels.
- Maintaining and updating records of recruitment related documentation.
- Assisting with documentation required for a smooth on-boarding process
Requirements
- Minimum BBA or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience.
- Experience with bulk hiring.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic and adaptable personality.
