Job Description:

• Welcomes customers by greeting pleasantly and offering them assistance

• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinion

• Answer customers’ questions about specific products

• Guide and suggest the customer for the new products/new promotions etc

• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

• Always use your selling skills and do up sell

• Must be having thorough knowledge of all products

• Notify the manager about any product shortage/ damage and replenishment

• Inform customers about discounts and special offers

• Attend training on sales and product knowledge as required

• Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager

• Stay up-to-date with new products

• Maintain Brand image all the time through personal grooming and presentation
