Job responsibility includes:
-managing Telesales team, training, and helping them to reach their monthly sales targets.
-Develop and deliver training to new/existing staff to ensure skill-set meets the requirement of their job description.
-Ensure that all team members receive coaching and support as required to maximize their individual performance and productivity.
-Manage the daily activities of team ensuring that agreed targets are achieved. Checking daily reports, daily call assessment of each member.
-Report to management
- produce and submit a weekly, monthly summary of sales and performance stats of the team.Note. Only experience candidates managing teams and track record of outstanding sales performance.
