| Job Description: |
- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Establishing specification and Method of Analysis of Raw Materials, Packing materials, in process and Finished Products as per norms
- Ensure completeness of documentation and validation of process and analytical methods as per cGMP requirements.
- Sound knowledge to lead and guide the Quality Assurance, Quality control, Research & Development and Microbiological section and their function.
- Should have the abilities to prepare technical reports for Ministry of Health on special projects assigned by the management.
- Should have sound knowledge of product development according to CTD & eCTD requirement.
- Should have the command on ISO 9001, 14001, 17025, 13485 and CE Mark related standard
