| Job Description: |
- Setting up and organizing HR Department.
- Support business by preparing and executing HR Strategy.
- Reviewing, updating and implementing HR Policies.
- Streamlining work force; carrying out work analysis, makes JD's/JS's.
- Review grading and comp & ben. structure
- Identifying employee capability development needs, creating. preparing and execute training plans.
- Ensuring timely recruitment for vacant positions.
- Ensure that HR documentation and filing is updated.
- Managing all the tasks related to HR.
- Develop creative strategies for Employee Retention.
- Managing HR Module in ERP system.
- Optimizing HR costs
The job is based in Lahore but will involve periodic travelling to remote locations in Pakistan. |
