Job Description:

· Audit of purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies and equipment at Site.

· Audit of all heavy machinery usage reports and their spare parts at BWC Site.

· Audit of record maintenance of material purchased and used at BWC Site.

· Responsible for the audit of all type of construction related heavy material used at site e.g: Sand, Crush, Cement, iron, PVC Pipes, Steel etc.

· Audit of rental materials on site and their payments in a timely manner.

· Audit of all store related material at BWC Site.

· Audit of Inward Gate Pass/GRN for all material on site.

· Audit of inventory of yard supplies and purchase orders.

· Responsible for audit of fleet Management, their usage reports & proper documentation.

· Audit of petty cash, company assets (owned/Rental), mess related material at site.

· Will be responsible to manage entire audit at BWC Site.
