The Candidate will be responsible for selling residential and commercial ongoing projects for our real estate company. Opportunity for those candidates who have good potential and knowledge of Real Estate, Company will provide basic salary and incentive or other benefits.

Job responsibilities

• Deal with walking clients in Office Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking,
• Maintain relationships with real estate clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Handle the provided inquires lead them to deal conversion Conduct market research to identify new real estate buying and selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs to purchase Out Commercial & Residential properties apartments, houses, flats, etc. Set up meetings with potential real estate clients
• Resolve customer problems as needed, in coordination with management if required
• Achieve monthly or weekly targets.
• Negotiate and close deals with real estate clients. Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a professional appearance. Possess the ability to work well as a part of a team and independently.
• Can maintain the confidentiality of projects.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or a related field

Experience:

• 2-3 years in Sales/Business Development from Real Estate background

Degree Title:

• MBA (Marketing), Bachelors Salary package Rs 25,000 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
