Working as “Manager General Accounts”

Responsibilities/Accomplishments:

•   Overseeing general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions and prepare management accounts for review of CFO.
•   Proficiently managing local payments of related to vendors and managing payroll and employee related expenses.
•   Managing Fixed module and ensure capitalization in accordance with policies.
•   Prolifically implementing VAT for Oman as per law.
•   Accurately managing receivables for subsidiary companies of Al Meera Group and raising debit notes accordingly; preparing bank reconciliations monthly and reporting for any discrepancies
•   Maintaining general ledger schedules and preparing month-end close procedures; providing valuable input to ensure improvement.
•   Focused on providing training and coaching to teams for effective operations and procedures execution for enhanced productivity & efficiency.
•   Assistance smooth execution of Eternal Audit Monthly, quarterly and Annual Audit (conducted by Deloitte & EYN)
