| Job Description: |
- For documentation of all import shipments.
- For coordinating with the buyer to open L/Cs and maintain records
- Assist in Coordination with shipping companies and freight forwarders
- Is responsible for following up on, filling archiving import documents.
- Must possess very good interpersonal & Correspondence Skills.
- Good Planner & Negotiator, Self-Initiator, result-oriented and enthusiastic person who is committed to success.
- Must be well versed with all custom formalities to clear the shipment in agreed time lines. Facilitate custom clearance process and resolve import compliance issues.
- Candiatate must be active, punctuate and familiar with e-mail handling and import documentation.
