We are looking for a sale & marketing executive must be detailoriented, creative, and pleasant, fluent clearly and possess good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills, basic computer skills, and effective customer service skills. 

Duties and Essential Job Functions

Position: Executive Sales Assistant

• Make orders, manage follow-ups of invoices and sale orders.
• Act as administrative assistant to the Sales & Marketing Head
• Complete the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
• Support the operations team.
• Make followup calls to confirm orders, quires, pricing or other sales correspondence.
• Manage all the sales-related activity of the company: 
• Answer incoming calls as a company representative. 
• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in writing as directed by the Sales &
• Marketing head  
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries while providing a high quality of service to each caller. 
• Speak with customers using clear and professional language.
• Meet sales targets
