Job Summary:



  • Lead the e-Course and Digital Engagement Team and oversee design, development and deployment not limited to modular e-Courses, Webinars, content for social media etc., as per project/task/calendar plans and schedules.

  • Lead and oversee complete management of BOP LMS System and its operations including linkage with external e-Course portals, digital libraries and course participation and engagement records for MIS.

  • Oversee and manage conversion of developed trainings into modular and non-modular e-Courses (digital trainings) and its deployment through LMS and assigned digital channels.

  • Ensure application and use of gamification, blended learning and Instructional design methods in e-Course design.

  • In coordination with L&D Planning and Reporting team, ensure timely completion and availability of all e-Course design and deployment within specified plans and schedules.

  • In coordination with Subject Matter Experts, ensure e-Courses are comprehensive, engaging, complete and accurate.

  • In coordination with Instructional Design Team, create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc).

  • In coordination with L&D Assessment and Analytics Team, ensure development and incorporation of participant testing, assessment and knowledge measurement and certificates for all designed trainings.

  • Oversee and lead L&D Department Social Media content and where required in coordination with BOP CCD, HR Communications for maximum engagement and analysis and reporting.

  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and ensure e-Course and Digital Content optimization

  • Responsible to generate e-learning reports from LMS and other digital platforms utilized by BOP and analysis thereof.

  • Maintain real time coordination and engagement with BOP ITG and LMS vendor for issue resolution and system upgrades as and when required.

  • Participate and carry out special duties and tasks as directed by Senior Leadership.


General Eligibility Criteria:


Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution. Preferences shall be given to the candidates with qualifications in Media Studies, IT, Social Media, Game Design etc.


Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience. Preferences shall be given to candidates with digital content design Videography, Game Design, LMS Systems (Moodle etc), SCORM management, LMS Authoring packages e.g. Adobe Captivate, Articulate etc.


Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 6, 2022.


Skills & abilities: Design thinking, storyboard writing, training design, visual design, use of LMS and training authoring software.
