Job Description:

Job Summary:

  • Design and develop e-Courses & Digital Engagement content, including but not limited to material for LMS, webinars, etc.
  • Responsible to manage, upload, maintain and upgrade e-Courses material including but not limited to Pre-Post Training material/quizzes/digital certificates on LMS and other digital Platforms.
  • Responsible to maintain and ensure LMS and other L&D digital mediums remain operational and accessible. 
  • Responsible to design, develop and incorporate gamification elements in e-Courses etc.
  • Maintain coordination and communication with all stakeholders for digital content management.
  • Responsible to generate e-Course reports from LMS and other digital platforms utilized by BOP and analysis thereof.
  • Participate and carry out special duties and tasks as directed by Senior Leadership.

General Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution. Preferences shall be given to the candidates with qualifications in IT/Computer Science and media studies etc.

Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in digital content design, Videography, Game Design, understanding of LMS Systems (Moodle etc), SCORM management, LMS Authoring packages e.g. Adobe Captivate, Articulate etc. Preference shall be given to candidates having 05 years of experience.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 6, 2022.

Skills & abilities: Design thinking, storyboard writing, training design, game design, visual design, use of LMS and training authoring software.
