| Job Description: |
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Time Keeper to join our team. As a Time Keeper, you will be responsible for accurately generating time reports for up to 250 employees using Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and review timekeeping data for up to 250 employees
- Enter timekeeping data into Excel spreadsheets
- Generate and distribute weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly time reports
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all time reports
- Address any discrepancies or errors in timekeeping data
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee time data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in timekeeping or related field
- Expertise in Excel for generating time reports
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Textile Sector Knowledge
