Job Description:

We are seeking applications for the position of Branch Credit Managers. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

· Responsible for all Credit related issues in branch.

· Ensure that the Credit targets are achieved as set by the Management.

· Assign monthly and annual targets to the team and monitor the actual performance.

· Maintain the PAR below 1% of branch outstanding portfolio.

· Ensure 99% recovery of branch loans.

· Ensure Compliance to all SBP’s and Bank’s policies, rules and regulations.

Qualification: Minimum Graduation (B. Com/BBA) preferably Masters (MBA/M. Com)

Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel.

Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant banking experience
