Job Description: |
We are looking for energetic fresh female graduates for Sales. The candidate must be willing to join immediately; a competitive market salary will be offered to the candidate. Details for the job are given below.
- To have clarity of Branch/Area’s strategy and targets to ensure complete support to the team for achievement of KPIs.
- To explore new prospects, by visiting potential customers, to generate leads for soliciting NTBs and CASA. To understand and adhere religiously to the control guidelines provided by both the bank as well as regulatory authority.
- To make efforts to generate deposits / initiate relationships with customers of high integrity and clear standing and in no case to compromise on procuring business.
- To collect referrals for maximum lead generation as a source to increase bank accounts and deposits in order to meet the set targets for the quarter.
- To maintain periodic (monthly/weekly) sales call schedule, visit and call report and share with the line manager for necessary updates, action and future follow-up.
- To assist first time customers (NTB) in opening bank accounts and ensure submission of complete documentation of account opening forms / ATM and other related facilities in line with SOPs and regulatory directives. 7. To provide customer service to clients in line with standards set by the Bank as well as regulatory guidelines of Fair Treatment to Customers, irrespective of the product, account size or category. 8. To provide marketing material to prospective customers and effectively leverage the bank’s product and service suite to provide maximum utility and service to customers.
- To deal with customers’ queries and ensure resolution of any conflicts that may arise during customer‘s contact with the bank.
- To ensure all customer records are protected and confidential.
- To ensure complete adherence to the bank’s SOPs, Policies and procedures including fulfillment of responsibilities as per expectations laid down in the sales model.
