Responsibilities:

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems, update company databases
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence
• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required
• Operate copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other necessary equipment
• Regularly prepare financial reports & documents, administrative reports & documents, and presentations. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Answer queries by employees and clients via emails & phone calls
• Update office policies as needed

• Hardworking, passionate, and dutiful
• Proficient with MS Windows, MS Excel, Email, etc
• Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
• Basic bookkeeping experience
• Experienced using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask
