Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven GM Sales & Business Development to lead our sales efforts in Islamabad, Lahore, and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also work closely with the Karachi team to align regional efforts with the company’s overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the Karachi team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in Islamabad and Lahore regions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Education:Educational preference for an engineering background with an MBA in marketing as a plus point.

For this purpose, we have qualified engineers (having degree in electronics/electrical engineering) who, on a complaint, visit the customers on-site within 24 Hrs. and provide the needed help. To handle this task, we get our engineers trained with our principals (OEMs) after the procurement of the machines. In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
