You will play a vital role in organizing, managing, and supporting health and safety training operations. This includes liaising with clients, coordinating course schedules, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our world-class training services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule HSE training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.

• Liaise with trainers, examiners, and accrediting bodies to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

• Assist in the enrollment, registration, and certification of students.

• Maintain and update training records, databases, and certification logs.

• Support marketing and communication efforts for HSE programs and events.

• Ensure compliance with local and international safety training regulations and standards.

• Prepare reports, training feedback summaries, and data for audits and management review.

• Provide administrative support to the HSE department and academic advisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or related field.

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification (preferred).

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience in HSE training or academic coordination is an advantage.
