Your Role Will Involve:

• Identifying Opportunities: Utilize cold calling, networking, and social media to find potential clients in North America.
• Building Relationships: Develop strong connections with decision-makers, HR professionals, and managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Tailoring Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized staffing solutions that meet client requirements.
• Delivering Presentations: Showcase our unique services through well-prepared sales pitches and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors
• Previous Online/Telephonic Sales experience is must
• Hand on experience in email marketing, lead generation, and cold calling.
• BPO Experience is preferred

• Can Commute to DHA Phase VIII

Expected Remuneration:

• Salary ranging from 75k to 90K basic
