Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities
-
Application Preparation: Accurately type and complete various documents required for DED (Dubai Economic Department) and Freezone applications, including business licenses, permits, and other government forms.

Data Entry: Input client and business information into required DED and Freezone application forms, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Document Formatting: Ensure that all documents are properly formatted according to DED and Freezone submission requirements.

Proofreading: Review documents for accuracy, including checking for any errors in client details, business information, and legal terms before submission.

Submission Coordination: Assist in submitting completed forms to the appropriate authorities, ensuring timely processing of applications.

File Management: Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for all DED and Freezone applications, both physical and digital.

Follow-up: Track the progress of submitted applications and follow up with relevant authorities or clients as needed to ensure timely approvals.

Client Communication: Provide updates to clients regarding the status of their applications, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communication.

Record Keeping: Keep records of all completed applications, supporting documents, and submission dates for future reference.
Role Requirements

Experience: Previous experience as a typist or administrative support in a legal, government, or business application setting is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with online government portals for DED and Freezone submissions.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all forms and documents.

Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 WPM.

Knowledge of DED & Freezone Processes: Familiarity with the DED and Freezone application processes and documentation requirements is an advantage.

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely submissions.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and government authorities.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client and business information with professionalism and discretion.
