| Job Description: |
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NOC Engineer to monitor, manage, and maintain our network infrastructure. If you’re passionate about connectivity, uptime, and solving real-time technical issues, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network performance and ensure the uptime of services. Troubleshoot and escalate network-related issues. Perform routine maintenance and updates on network systems. Work in coordination with the field and technical support teams. Document incidents and resolution processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching). Familiarity with NMS tools and ticketing systems. Ability to work in shifts (24/7 operation). Good communication and problem-solving skills.
