| Job Description: |
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can also take on the role of Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have 15 to 20 years of experience in building construction and renovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction and renovation projects
- Prepare and submit bills to clients based on work progress
- Handle bidding and documentation for new tenders
- Coordinate with subcontractors and verify their bills
- Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and budget management
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in quantity surveying and project management
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Capable of preparing BOQs, running bills, and dealing with clients
