Are you a recent graduate passionate about technology and clean energy? Itel Energy Pakistan is looking for a Remote Technical Support Engineer to assist customers and support our growing solar energy solutions across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls related to Itel products Log complaints and customer info accurately in the ticketing system Route field-related complaints to the relevant regional technical teams Follow up with customers to ensure full issue resolution Deliver high-quality, professional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Education: BSc in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
