| Job Description: |
- Manage daily operations and regularly coordinate with the Project Office; and Department of Education Team for official tasks.
- Entering data and Record updating in various computerized databases related to the project.
- Provide administrative support to the staff.
- Process bills to the head office and maintain overall financial records of the project.
- Responsible for accounting procedures.
- Procurement of required items for the project.
- Prepare presentations and reports related to the project activities and progress.
