We are urgently hiring a B2B Appointment Scheduler & Sales Closer to manage outbound and inbound customer interactions. You\\\'ll be responsible for reaching out to business, receiving inbound calls, setting appointments, and following up on previous communications. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for confident communicators who are proactive and task-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to customers to schedule new appointments, confirm existing ones, and provide updates on service status.
• Receive inbound calls, address sales inquiries, and set up appointments accordingly.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, reschedule missed visits, and provide proactive updates on scheduling.
• Enter and update customer data and appointment records in the CRM accurately and in real time.
• Monitor daily status updates and escalate any delays or issues to the relevant team.
• Coordinate with internal teams or field agents to ensure timely and accurate service execution.
• Maintain a clear, professional, and courteous tone in all customer communications.
• Submit shift reports and complete all required task logs.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Confident handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, B2B preferred.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and dialer tools.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior BPO, Sales Closing, or Appointment Setting experience.
• Familiarity with scheduling and telecom services.

Schedule:

• Full-time night shift, alternate Saturdays off
• Onsite — Sector I-10, Islamabad

Compensation: Rs 45,000/month to Rs 60,000/month
