We are looking for a candidate who will work from our Islamabad office and will be responsible for executing UAE VAT-related assignments, including registrations, deregistrations, refund applications, and other VAT-specific compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit VAT registration applications through the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) portal
•  Manage VAT deregistration processes as instructed
• Handle VAT refund claims, including document compilation, submission, and follow-ups with UAE authorities
• Perform VAT-related ad hoc tasks as assigned by the UAE team
• Coordinate with UAE consultants and ensure internal processes are followed
• Maintain proper digital and physical records of all submissions and correspondence

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience working on UAE VAT matters
• Strong understanding of FTA portal workflows and UAE VAT regulations
• Proven ability to prepare registration, deregistration, and refund applications independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PDF tools, and online document systems
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Must be based in Islamabad or willing to commute to the office daily
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
