Key Responsibilities:
Manage all rent-related matters and coordinate staff accommodation logistics Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of dormitories and shared kitchen areas Promote and monitor energy-saving practices Respond promptly to staff requests and ensure necessary maintenance actions Assess dormitory needs and manage apartment sourcing or discontinuation Maintain accurate rent records, especially for per-day apartments Oversee inventory management for dormitories and kitchens with proper documentation and regular stock checks
Requirements:
Prior experience in administrative or facility management roles Strong organizational and coordination skills Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in shared living spaces Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to transparent recordkeeping Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (cleaning, maintenance, kitchen staff) Familiarity with Chinese dormitory environments is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management tools |
