Job Description:

1. Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and required applications.

2. Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers & scanners, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users

3. Maintain Inventory of Network Equipment and other necessary things

4. Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts

5. Provide technical support to users by diagnosing and correcting problems

6. Receive, log, and track all calls from users related to network, printing, and PC issues

7. Network Cabling, Designing, Diagnosing, and Troubleshooting with the coordination of Maintenance Technical. 8. Maintain the Connectivity of different nodes.

9. Monitor Connectivity of Data Tower Connectivity.

10. Data backup of end users.

11. Other tasks given by the head of the department.
