Job Description: |
- Oversee the development of Media & PR activities in support of fundraising and corporate partnerships to deliver strategic, high-impact media coverage that supports wider brand and organization objectives.
- Lead on the development, implementation and evaluation of READ\'s Media and PR strategy to support the delivery of READ\'s overarching strategy, aimed to build organizational profile, strengthening reputation, driving engagement and momentum to contribute to fundraising.
- Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with contacts across the media spectrum.
- Draft/edit press releases; brochures; articles; newsletters; case studies; profiles; annual reports; and marketing/advertising material.
- Coordinate and supervise the development of video documentary and other communication material.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media channels.
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness, fundraising, and advocacy.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality digital assets.
- Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and digital communities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for creating high-quality social media posts, banners, and promotional materials.
- Experience in shooting and editing video interviews, testimonials, and documentary-style content.
- Create visually compelling graphics for campaigns, fundraising, and advocacy programs.
