The Challenge: What You'll Actually Be Doing

This isn't about running pre-packaged models. You will be expected to own the entire ML lifecycle and thrive on complex, loosely defined challenges.

• You will turn messy, multi-modal data (video, image, audio, text) into robust, production-grade models that are at the core of our products.

• You must be an expert at navigating the trade-offs between accuracy, latency, and cost when prototyping and deploying foundation models, from classical ML to deep nets and LLM pipelines.

• You will partner with product and engineering teams to ship AI features that are trustworthy, continuously improving, and delightful for users.

• You are the kind of person who can digest a research paper in the morning and land production-ready code by evening because you have the deep experience to bridge theory and practice.

Who You Are: The Expert We're Looking For

• Truly Autonomous: You are a self-starter who takes complete ownership of your work. You are expected to manage the full ML-lifecycle from data wrangling to post-launch monitoring with minimal supervision, while also being a clear communicator who reports to the team regularly.

• Technology Agnostic, Excellence Focused: We are not looking for a list of frameworks on your resume. We expect you to have deep, hands-on expertise with the state-of-the-art tools and platforms best suited for building world-class AI. Your experience, not a keyword, will show us you know what these are.

• An Expert in Foundation Models: You have genuine, hands-on expertise in the intricate art of fine-tuning and aligning LLMs. Concepts like RAG, instruction-tuning, embeddings, and agent design are part of your core vocabulary because you've actually implemented them.

• Ethical & Robust Builder: You treat model evaluations, red-teaming, privacy, and fairness as first-class citizens in the development process, not as afterthoughts.
