We’re looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team during night shifts. If you’re passionate about HR operations, employee engagement, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and attendance

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

• Support night shift staff with HR-related queries and engagement initiatives

• Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in shifts/night operations)

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software

• Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
