Job Responsibilities:

• Verify customer details and intent after initial contact by fronters
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of information before transferring to closers
• Maintain a professional tone and follow quality scripts
• Provide clear, concise feedback to the sales team when needed
• Meet daily call and verification targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in BPO, especially in a verification role (Final Expense preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain accuracy
• Must be comfortable with night shifts
• Basic computer literacy
