Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy to acquire Cash Management and Employee Banking business from business verticals and new relationships.
  • Setting up a digitalized fulfillment process and a dedicated team to ensure smooth execution of mandates for meeting business objectives.
  • Develop & Execute relationship management model for Employee Banking & Cash Management clients.
  • Build and convert customer pipelines through partnerships with internal and external functional teams.
  • Analyze customer needs, market opportunities and competitor offerings and strategy to capture the prospective customers.
  • Maintain a seamless relationship with all key stakeholders so as to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Meet Balance Sheet and P&L Targets for the Division.
  • Close coordination with other businesses for efficient cross-sell of Bank’s products & services.
  • Implement process improvements, technological upgradation, change in product propositions and product programs to achieve maximum efficiency, customer satisfaction and overall business profitability.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized / Foreign University.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of August 03, 2025.

Experience: Min. 15 years of Banking experience. Preference shall be given to the candidates having 05 Year experience atsimilar role.
