- Handle incoming calls from customers efficiently and courteously
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Log interactions and follow up where necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Previous customer service or call Centre experience (preferred but not required)
