Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inbound call centre agents
- Monitor call quality, performance, and KPIs
- Handle escalated customer queries with professionalism
- Provide regular feedback and training to team members
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and workflow management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and drive team success
- Tech-savvy with good reporting and analytical abilities
