| Job Description: |
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality conrol.
- Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training & performance management.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Monitor production metrics & make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- develop & implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce cost.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials & finished products are stored and handled properly.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand.
- Develop and clreate plans to efficiently use materials, labour, and equipment to meet production targets.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Motivating factoryworkers to continually achieve factory targets.
