Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and proactive Secretary / Office Assistant who is highly skilled in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experienced in administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with record keeping, managing files and documents, and occasionally visiting the market to gather quotations or product samples. This is a full-time role that requires commitment, discipline, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage professional documents using MS Word.
  • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets in MS Excel (including formulas, charts, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Design and prepare presentations using MS PowerPoint.
  • Maintain systematic filing of physical and digital documents, including old records.
  • Handle general secretarial duties such as drafting letters, scheduling meetings, and coordinating tasks.
  • Visit local markets or vendors (occasionally) to collect quotations or product samples.
  • Maintain daily work logs and support office administrative functions.
  • Ensure punctuality and consistency in office attendance.
