We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Google UX Design Instructor to deliver hands-on training aligned with the Google UX Design Certificate Program. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, UX research, and prototyping, along with industry experience and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive lectures and workshops based on Google UX Design Certificate curriculum

• Teach core UX principles including research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility

• Train students on industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and others

• Guide students through hands-on projects and help them build a professional UX portfolio

• Conduct assessments, review assignments, and provide constructive feedback

• Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment

• Stay updated with current UX trends, tools, and industry best practices

• Prepare students for freelancing, internships, or employment in UX/UI roles

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or related roles

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Design thinking process

  • User research methodologies

  • Wireframing & prototyping tools

  • Usability and accessibility standards

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and similar tools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to mentor students and review portfolios

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of the Google UX Design Professional Certificate

• Experience with UX Writing or UI Development (HTML/CSS)

• Understanding of Agile environments and collaboration with developers

• Experience in freelancing or product-based UX projects
