Join our team as a Dormitory & Kitchen Facility Coordinator and take charge of overseeing staff accommodations, kitchen hygiene, and inventory control. Help us provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable living environment for our valued staff!

Dormitory & Kitchen Management

• Oversee all rent and leasing matters related to staff accommodations.

• Supervise cleanliness and maintenance of Chinese dormitories and shared kitchen/dining areas.

• Monitor and implement energy-saving practices across all living spaces.

• Ensure prompt response to staff accommodation needs, repairs, and maintenance issues.

• Maintain high hygiene standards in kitchens, dining halls, and shared areas.

Facility Assessment & Apartment Coordination

• Regularly review staff headcount to determine housing requirements.

• Actively search and evaluate new apartment options when needed.

• Manage discontinuation of unnecessary short-term apartments.

• Accurately document staff staying in per-day apartments to ensure correct rent calculations monthly.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain up-to-date records of all dormitory and kitchen supplies.

• Conduct routine inventory checks and ensure proper stock usage and storage.

• Ensure transparent and well-documented stock movement and consumption logs.

• Proven experience in administrative, accommodation, or facility management roles.

• Strong organizational & team supervision skills.

• Basic hygiene and safety knowledge in shared living and kitchen spaces.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and reporting.

• Confident in coordinating cross-functional teams (cleaning, cooking, maintenance, etc.)

• Familiarity with Chinese dormitory living standards is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management tools.
